Our store includes both books fulfilled directly by us and merchandise produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. As a result, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Books

Books are normally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.

Delivery time after shipment depends on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Branded apparel, mugs, hats, and other merchandise are produced after your order is placed.

Production generally takes several business days before shipment. Production and delivery times can vary depending on the product, print provider, destination, product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Estimated shipping information may be provided during checkout or after your order has entered fulfillment.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains both a book and print-on-demand merchandise, your products may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive separately.

You may therefore receive more than one shipment and more than one tracking number for a single order.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be associated with your order and may also be sent using the contact information supplied during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

If an order has already entered fulfillment or production, changes to the delivery address might not be possible.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, production delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, inventory availability, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery times.
